After the publication of the standard EN 50536 about storm detection, the risk evaluation for preventive protection is necessary. Aplicaciones Tecnológicas, S.A. has developed a tool that makes this calculation according to the application guide of the standard.
This software follows 3 steps:
- Identification of the risk of our installation.
- Risk evaluation: is that risk acceptable?
- Risk control: preventive measures for reducing the risk of damage in case of lightning strike.
After fulfilling these 3 steps, the program generates a customized report containing a normative justification and a proposal for the detection, as well as a detailed quotation.
