The production plants of cellulose pulp are highly flammable facilities since they concentrate tons of chemicals products. As well, this kind of factories generates biomass energy, which increases the risk of human and material losses in case of lightning strike.
ENCE Industrial Group, being aware of the importance of having an effective lightning protection system, has count on Aplicaciones Tecnológicas for the design of the proposal according to the requirements established by the IEC EN 62305 and UNE 21186 standard. The project, among other actions, has defined the installation of nine DAT Controler® Plus lightning conductors.
